did stuff, sore now

Yesterday I
-made 3 litres or so of apricot sauce- for the surveying expidition if sjkasabi  wants to use it. It is sweet and flavoured gently with cinnamon and lemon juice. The jam funnel that giddyauntsjkasabi gave me vastly reduced the resultant stickiness of the kitchen, yay.
-washed a week's worth of dishes- not as ick as it sounds as I was barely here- mostly coffee cups
-laundry
-cleaned and polished the wot-not stand thingy kindly given to me by splodgenoodles  and tenbears 
-rearranged the lounge a bit to find a place for this. Not yet convinced this arrangement will last.
-fixed a bracelet-was last year's Christmas present but too big so never worn.
-picked my first rhubarb- stewed it to go with my breakfast yoghurt next week
-shopped - light for the bathroom- a touch light! amused by this
-shopped- plants. a fern for the bathroom- don't know what kind. Also purple convulvulous and blue plumbago.
-sewed 1/4 hem of Durer frock, fitted aglet on the lacing string.
-made dinner involving home grown basil.

Now overnight my back has decided to go out, ow. Hope it improves real fast! Bother. Doubt I will get the plumbago in the ground today as a result. It had better be OK by next weekend or there won't be any putting up of tents.

two high list things for today
-finish sewing hem- then frock will be finished
-deal with the third bag of apricots before they die.

ta dear. It is a little better now but I daren't do any heavy lifting or digging- which had been the plan for this afternoon. Bother.
