Wow. The plumber turned up this morning when he said he would. The basin is now on the other end of the room including functioning taps. The washing machine taps are also in their new home. Fabbo. I wonder what will happen tomorrow?
Still womanfully resisting playing the new PF CDs. Wonder if I can wait until Easter?
Another slightly exciting thing. I have been haunting the auction house near work since we moved there. Today I put in my first absentee bid for two rugs. Wonder if I will be bringing them home tomorrow or not? I now wish I had bid more for one and less for the other. All a bit chancy and random but not important. Doesn't matter if I get either, none or both. If I miss out I will have a better idea what I would need to bid next time I suppose.
