2hr commute

Not terribly impressed. It took me a little over 2hrs to get home today. About an hour longer than normal. There were no trains running from Camberwell to the city. The station staff said it was because of a fatal accident. I am obviously not good at searching the net as the best I can find is a note from Connex saying trains are running again between Burnley and Camberwell. So what happened?

One thing that happened- I was late enough there seemed little point to going to craft hall

It is possible that the fatality was a suicide. If so, then it is unlikely to be reported much. There is a law (or possibly a regulation) against reporting suicides because it gives people ideas and tends to result in a spate of suicides by the same (now proven) method soon after. This is why one doesn't hear about the many people who jump off the West Gate each year.
