ex chimney- proto front path

I just put these bricks here for storage. Twasn't as hard as it would have been if my neighbour hadn't helped. She wanted them out of her garden, I want a brick front path eventually. We are both now slightly happier and more tired.

You took the fireplace brick from the house next door? that is too cool!
Bethan and I are being our own commune. I grew some rocket, and it's past it's usefulness, so I pulled it out today. I take her the stalks, her chickens eat the tasty bits that are left, and she turns the rest into coop straw. When they've done pooing on it, she brings it back to my place and I put it on my garden! And her eggs and my tomatoes make a fantastic eggy pie. Wee! Horray for keeping it in the family!

Hi there Baggy! Yep, the neighbour's chimney had to be pulled down. I am right amused by the idea of my front path being ex-chimney from next door! If I had shifted bricks earlier I might have even had enough. Think I am a bit short just be visual estimation. I haven't tried any sort of measuring.

Perhaps you need a pretty border, or tasty tiled middle feature, like a quilt.
