Cut out a dress for the party today. Suspect the fabric will be difficult to handle, very fine silk voile with big satin roses. If it works it will be real purty. Also tidied some, vacuumed some (so I could cut out the dress-grin) and mopped the kitchen floor- now THAT needed doing. So glad i did the painting last week, it rained last night and this afternoon.

I'm off to sew more quilt and chat to Mother.
