Sunday morning ramblings

Spent Sat evening very pleasantly with sjkasabi ,  MLM and friends. I do enjoy kitchen parties. Reminded me that making pasta is fun and I should do it more often.

minor puttering this morning. My house is no longer festooned with bunches of drying herbs. I now have instead a large jar filled with dried rosemary for a blah-blah-secret-plan.

I am off to a first communion a bit later. I have a gift for the young lady in question which I hope goes down ok. It is, shall we say, not entirely solumn. Hmm, what shall I wear to this event? Elegant + respectable I suppose. Work clothes but nicer.

I am keen to do very many things. Just as well though that I need to go out today. My right arm is too tired from yesterday's sawing to do much reno or sewing. Then when I could I will have to go to work! But then Tues is a holiday!! hoorah! another day to do stuff!!

sigh... reading your journal makes me feel like I waste so much of my time. You seem to be constantly achieving amazing things... fixing and making and doing. I feel very lazy!

Ah but you do other things. Social and travel and stuff. I seem have turned into a partial recluse. Well maybe not recluse but homebody without a family. I finally have a house to play with you see.
