sore

I was very sore tomorrow (yesterday) indeed. So much so that I finally looked up an osteopath and had what turned out to be the 4 vertebrae that have been out since the previous Sunday, put back into place. I am still very sore but in a different way. Improving I think. You know that kind of dull ache that induces nausea? yeh that one today. Oh, and I haven't slept a night through since Sat 3rd when I put my neck out. So I am somewhat  dumb with fatigue. All of this makes work really easy yes?

Whinge over. I'm not dead.

I have 3 legs to hand hem in order to finish the troosers. Needless to say, none have been done tonight.

Do you have a wheat bag? I would suggest some form of heat on the sore bits. Even a hot water bottle would help.

I hope you get a good nights sleep tonight.

You hae 3-legged troosers? Are you sure you're well?

I wasn't well but improved now. Actually makes more sense when you hear that I had previously done one of four leg hems and there are two pairs of troosers involved
