You must all be having more interesting Sunday mornings than mine. Seeing as nobody is posting I will tell you about my fascinating morning so you have something to read. Yes [personal profile] mrsbrown, not coming back for tea was the right thing to do. This morning  I have:

-unpacked my basket from the revel last night. That was a lovely relaxed good time. Revel implies a higher activity level to me than we actually indulged in. Though we had a good sing, much chatting, eating of nice food, bit of sewing by some.
-breakfasted and looked to see if anyone had posted
-hemmed tail and sleeves of an opshop shirt that I had shortened
-washed a load of whites and hung them out
-noticed again how overgrown and ugly the herb garden had got
-pulled out the ugly, dead and overgrown things from the garden, tied up the remaining tomato plant. Found a baby thyme plant, yay, my big thyme had died. Garden now looks rather sparse but there are a few healthy things left. Passionfruit vine now doing well, oregano, lemongrass, some basil and silverbeet.  I need to plant more parsley at least and cross fingers that the little baby thyme grows

-watered said remainder of garden
-put on to cook a big pot of red beef sauce, so I am stuck at home for the next few hours while that cooks.
-done some quilting on the baby quilt for [personal profile] monstah

Now I need to
-pursuade the washing machine to spin the towels
-find enough brain to cut out some troosers for [personal profile] tenbears
