Sometimes after I have spent the day feeling indecisive, I suddenly find myself halfway through a task before realise I have started. It is as if the decision processing has happened and my body works this out before my brain does.

So I am apparently going to have a blush pink, 12 panel,14thC linen gown. It is cut out, the body is all seamed together (don't ask howbut it was quick!), the neck facing is attached but not sewn down. I have run out of brain to do the cuff facings tonight-maybe Wed night. The big decision is hand vs machine buttonholes? I made the step up to hand done ones some years ago but it hardly seems worth it for a linen frock. Still might though

The idea is to get it together ready to do the hand sewing at the expedition this weekend.
